What to include
Please include all of the following so we can act promptly:
- The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL or page on Tapminute where the material appears.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices and may remove or disable access to the identified material while we investigate. We may tell the person who posted the material and give them a chance to respond. Knowingly making a false claim can carry legal consequences, so please check first.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, email the same address with the URL, your contact details, a statement of good faith, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We will review it under the applicable rules.
Open-source games
Most games in the catalogue are MIT-licensed open-source projects. Their source, commit, and licence are listed on the licences page. If a notice concerns an upstream project, we will also pass it to the upstream maintainer where appropriate.
Repeat infringement
We may remove material and restrict access for people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
