About

Small games for the gaps.

Tapminute is an independent browser-game site for the spare minutes in a day: the queue, the train, the last five minutes of lunch. Every game is meant to open without an account, teach itself in a few seconds, and end without asking you to come back tomorrow.

What we build

The catalogue mixes open-source tabletop and puzzle games with original Tapminute microgames. Original games are built for one thumb: tap, swipe, or hold, with a single clear goal. Vendored games keep their own rules and receive English copy, a dark theme, and a consistent mobile shell.

Progress, best scores, and the daily streak stay in your browser. There are no accounts, no leaderboards, and no purchases. The licences page records where every open-source game and asset came from.

How the site works

Tapminute is a static site. It can be installed as a Progressive Web App, and four of the first-party games can be opened offline after the first visit. If an older game has not been cached, the site shows an offline note instead of failing silently.

Who makes it

Tapminute is a small independent project. Feedback, bug reports, and corrections are welcome on the contact page.
